A full-service Am Law 100 firm is actively seeking an associate attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation practice in Los Angeles.
This role offers the opportunity to handle state and federal litigation including appeals and regulatory proceedings for local, national and international clients including Fortune 500 corporations, to small and local businesses and individuals/entrepreneurs, as well as federal, state and local agencies.
What are they looking for?
The firm are looking for associates with a minimum of two years of complex commercial experience representing companies in a variety of federal and state litigation matters including financial fraud; securities; breach of contract; breach of fiduciary duties; partnership disputes; shareholder disputes; loan disputes; construction litigation, and UCC litigation.
