The team has extensive experience handling high-stakes patent litigation, advising clients on regulatory strategies, and managing intellectual property portfolios.
Qualifications :
- 2–4 years of intellectual property litigation experience
- Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation and pharmaceutical patent disputes
- Strong legal research, brief writing, and deposition skills
- Experience with hearings and client interactions preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Current TX Bar admission in good standing
