The Position:
I am currently working with a dynamic international law firm who are seeking a new mid-level to senior associate to join their Fund Formation/Investment Funds team.
Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in the structuring and forming of private investment funds, negotiating with fund investors and handling fund operational issues.
Within this role you will work directly with senior leadership and the firms fund manager clients and benefit from a uniquely collaborative work environment where you will be given direct responsibility for significant and complex matters.
