About the Practice
The Employment Litigation team represents employers in a wide range of disputes across federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. The group handles matters involving workplace disputes, regulatory compliance, and internal investigations, while also advising clients on proactive risk mitigation strategies.
Beyond litigation, the team partners closely with clients on day-to-day employment issues, including policy development, workplace training, and navigating evolving employment laws. The practice is known for blending traditional legal strategy with modern, tech-enabled client solutions.
The Opportunity
The firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Las Vegas office. This role offers hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, along with meaningful client interaction and mentorship from experienced practitioners.
Associates will take an active role in drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and taking and defending depositions. The position also provides exposure to agency proceedings and the opportunity to advise clients on practical, day-to-day employment matters. Attorneys will be encouraged to leverage innovative tools and participate in client-facing training and advisory initiatives.
Qualifications
- Background in litigation, with an interest in employment law
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Exposure to depositions and case strategy
- Familiarity with federal and state court proceedings and administrative agencies is a plus
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
