What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at ILKHANOFF & SILVERSTEIN?
Our well established law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal who has 2 years or more experience in family law. Experience in general practice, family law and personal injury is helpful. This is a small firm and the candidate must be willing to work independently. Must have experience with claims handling through the litigation process from start to finish. Must know how to do letters, complaints, discovery requests, motions and pleadings. Must be customer service oriented and polite and used to dealing with clients. Must be up to date on all technology. Our offices are fully up to date with technology. DO NOT APPLY if you do not have the requisite level of experience. We are a busy law practice so, being ready to jump in is a necessity. We have an extensive benefits package.
Must be willing to travel to Shrewsbury office in York county also or even be based out of our York Office and travel to Lancaster is possible.
Salary to be determined based upon experience.

Pay: $43,770.83 - $65,000.00 per year
