- Machine Operation & Production:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery (e.g., injection molding, CNC machines, presses, robotic cells, assembly lines).
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to equipment to maintain output and quality.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for each production run.
Assembly & Fabrication:
- Assemble automotive parts using hand tools, pneumatic tools, or automated equipment.
- Conduct tasks such as trimming, welding, fastening, sealing, or finishing components as required.
Handle raw materials and finished products with care to prevent damage.
Quality Assurance:
- Inspect parts for defects using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and visual checks.
- Document quality issues and report deviations from standards to the supervisor.
Participate in quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including PPE requirements and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S principles).
Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or incidents immediately.
Production Support:
- Assist with material handling, including loading/unloading raw materials and transporting finished goods.
- Support inventory counts and maintain accurate production logs.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production targets.
Pay: $ $13.50 per hour
