Restaurant Team Member- PM Grill

Xenia Hospitality Group is seeking candidates for the position of Line Server at our ilios crafted Greek concept. Our mission is to provide our guests with delicious, fresh Greek cuisine in a welcoming and friendly environment.

Your role on the line will be an ambassador to our guests as you walk them through the ordering process and prepare their meal. The Line is the heart and soul of the operation as it requires the most guest interaction!

Job Duties include:

• providing a welcoming environment for our guests with a smile and hospitable welcome
• create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• preparing your station for daily lunch and dinner service
• maintain and exceed sanitation standards
• preparation and quality control of proteins, fries, and hot seasonal vegetables.
• cleaning of rotisserie, flat top, deep fryer, hood, and glass around rotisserie.
• assisting with completion of catering orders.

• ability to lift 45 lbs.
• ability to stand for a prolonged period of time.

Compensation includes base hourly pay plus tips, totaling $18-$24 hourly.
