Hospitality Manager- Ilios Crafted Greek

Xenia Hospitality Group is seeking candidates for the position of Hospitality Manager for our ilios crafted Greek concept in Davidson!

Our mission is to provide our guests with delicious, fresh Greek cuisine in a welcoming and friendly environment.

The Hospitality Manager acts not only as the team leader, but also as the guest and community ambassador for their location.

Job Duties include:

• create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• ensuring the restaurant is prepared daily for service
• maintain and exceed sanitation standards
• maintain and uphold standards of staff performance
• managing lunch/dinner service
• coach, lead, and develop restaurant team
• facilitating catering orders

This position is at a newly opened store- our 5th location! We have been warmly welcomed by the community, and are looking to expand our management team.

The Hospitality Manager position is an hourly position, averaging a 45 hour work week. Hourly base pay plus hourly tip share and overtime result in guaranteed compensation starting at $55,000.
