The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise projects, deep understanding of Cloud, Applications, and AI solutions, and proven ability to drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects across Microsoft Cloud (Azure), Modern Apps, and AI solutions.
- Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and quality standards while managing risks and dependencies.
- Solution Expertise
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions leveraging project tech stack.
- Provide thought leadership.
- Governance & Reporting
- Establish delivery governance frameworks, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in delivery processes.
- 12 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in customer delivery or engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML solutions.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects and customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Low-Code/No-Code platforms and Intelligent Automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry and emerging AI technologies.
