We’re expanding and looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team.Y our organizational skills and attention to detail will be vital in supporting our operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism while managing front desk operations efficiently.
- Answer phones, handle scheduling and calendar management for appointments and services.
- Verify, collect and manage front desk payments.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support clinical staff with administrative coordination.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management and communication.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and efficient.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred. 1 year experience working in a medical office or clinic (REQUIRED)
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite and computer literacy is essential.
- Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate appointments effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with EMR systems.
- Medical Assistant certification (preferred but not required)
