Job Description
ILIA is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer with approximately 3 years of experience to assist with the production and execution of creative assets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in graphic design, strong proficiency in both Figma and Adobe Creative Suite,, and a keen eye for detail. This role will focus on bringing our creative visions to life by producing high-quality designs for a variety of channels including digital, print, and social media.
This role is hybrid and open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. Reports into our Digital Design Director.
Holiday Note: ILIA honors a soft close December 24, 2025 -January 2, 2026. Our last working day of 2025 will be December 23, 2025 and we’ll return to regular business hours on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute design concepts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Create high-quality assets for marketing campaigns, including email, web, paid ads, organic social media content, PR, and experiential assets
- Edit and prepare files for production, ensuring that all assets are formatted correctly for various platforms and print requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, marketing and ecommerce teams to understand design needs and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met
- Maintain organized files and manage design assets within the company’s digital asset management system
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the brand’s visual presence
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a beauty or lifestyle brand.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail and creativity.
- Experience with both digital and print design, including preparing files for various production methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for beauty, design, and keeping up with current design trends.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work, including digital and print projects.
- Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
- $70,000-$85,000 annually*
