Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Test (manual and automated) current and future products and identify deficiencies
- Suggest solutions to product problems
- Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Plan, create and manage the overall Automated Quality Assurance Program and Processes
- Collaborate with the Product Management and Development teams to ensure consistent project execution
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
- Oversee continuous improvement projects in quality
- Collect quality data
- Identify key KPIs for product quality
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
- 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- 2 years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other
- 3 years of experience with software development using .Net, HTML5, SQL, RESTful API
- 3 years of experience with software QA tools and processes
- 1-3 years of experience testing products, websites and applications hosted on the cloud
- 3 years of experience in automation tools like cypress, JMeter, selenium etc. and processes like functional, integration, regression and performance
- At least 1 year of experience with web security technology
- Experience in agile methodology, scrum framework
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Financial background is a plus
- Hands on skills with Postman
- Experience with AI tools for automating the test cases is added advantage

- Base Annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000
- Full-time positions are benefits-eligible the first month after 30 days of employment, which includes:
