Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and obtain information about their vehicle’s service needs
- Explain repair and maintenance options to customers and provide accurate estimates
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Answer customer inquiries and provide updates on the status of their vehicle
- Review vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs to customers
- Monitor service orders and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Keep detailed records of service and repair history for all vehicles
- Educate customers on preventative maintenance and service options to enhance their vehicle’s performance and longevity
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to provide a professional and welcoming environment for customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or as a Service Advisor preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic automotive systems and repairs
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used for automotive service scheduling and invoicing
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours based on business needs
