Position Summary:
Maintain exceptional cleanliness of property by performing daily, weekly and monthly deep cleaning tasks.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes superior guest service.
- Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
- Responsible for deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, buffing, stripping, waxing and scrubbing floors.
- Responsible for operating high lift equipment for ceiling dusting.
- Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum all areas of the facility including special cleaning required by management.
- Removal and recycling of trash.
- Maintain floor cleanliness.
- Communicate inventory supply status to management.
- Maintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
- Must possess excellent communications skills.
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
- Must be able to efficiently operate all ride on floor equipment, including buffers and scrubbers as well as high lift equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
