Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all production lines and maintaining the highest quality standards in our output. This role will report to the Director of Operations.

As a Production Manager, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of production procedures to drive efficiency and productivity. Your ability to motivate and direct personnel towards optimal performance will distinguish you as a leader within our organization. You will engage in decision-making and problem-solving on a daily basis, ensuring that our manufacturing processes align with customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations with contract manufacturers to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Monitor production schedules, capacity planning, and inventory levels.
• Ensure quality control standards are met across all outsourced facilities.
• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with quality control and supply chain departments for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Review and approve production documentation, including work orders, batch records, and compliance reports.
• Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of contract manufacturing partners.

·         Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external manufacturing partners.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  
  

• 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a contract manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with international manufacturing regulations and standards.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred.
