Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and processes
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and clarify the scope and complexity of project requirements
- Create and maintain technical specifications and architectural blueprints
- Ensure solutions are scalable and meet overall business requirements
- Manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance
- Lead code review sessions to ensure quality and performance
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new technologies
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and design
- Experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently as needed
- Knowledge of multiple web development languages such as Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, etc.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credential is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
