Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and properly set for new guests
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs in accordance with sanitation standards
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies using safe lifting practices
- Support the kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks when required, ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnovers and guest needs
- Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards and uphold food safety regulations at all times
Requirements
