Jet’s Pizza is looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Manager to support our management team in Bloomington, IL. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and the overall success of our store. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Leadership:
- Assist the Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
- Step into the Manager’s role as needed to oversee operations.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure food quality, preparation, and service meet Jet’s Pizza standards.
- Assist with managing inventory, placing orders, and tracking supplies.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Customer Service:
- Provide outstanding customer service and address any concerns promptly.
- Oversee the dining and delivery experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork & Training:
- Motivate team members to achieve high performance and a positive work environment.
- Lead training sessions to improve skills and maintain consistency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management (preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
