About the Role
We’re a growing lifestyle and hospitality group in Buffalo looking for a seasoned Director of Operations to lead our day-to-day operations. This is a senior role for someone who thrives in a multi-location, service-driven environment, someone who can own outcomes, develop people, and protect the guest experience without needing a playbook for every situation.
You’ll work directly with the founders to translate vision into execution across our portfolio of premium service brands.
What You’ll Own
∙ Day-to-day operations across multiple locations and service divisions
∙ Revenue growth, client retention, and financial performance
∙ Guest experience standards from first impression to follow-up
∙ Team leadership across managers, front desk, service staff, and coordinators
∙ Vendor relationships, scheduling, inventory, and compliance
∙ Payroll review, reporting, and operational accountability to the founders
What We’re Looking For
∙ 5 years of multi-unit or multi-department management experience
∙ Background in hospitality, wellness, retail, or service industries preferred
∙ Strong financial acumen, comfortable with P&L, labor efficiency, and KPIs
∙ A natural leader who builds culture through accountability and genuine care
∙ Exceptional communicator who is proactive, direct, and transparent with the founders
∙ Someone who leads from the floor, not just from a desk
Compensation
∙ Base salary: $100,000
∙ Performance bonus tied to revenue and operational benchmarks
∙ Clear path to $125,000 as the role and organization grow
∙ Profit participation potential as the business matures
∙ Equity vesting path for the right long-term fit
