Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support banquet service by ensuring that all necessary items are available and clean for events.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and utensils during peak service hours.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Assist with catering events as required, providing support in both preparation and clean-up phases.
Qualifications
