About the Role
As a Barista/Bartender at il Bar Green Bay, you’ll be at the center of creating memorable experiences for our customers. Whether it’s a perfectly brewed morning coffee or a handcrafted cocktail, your expertise and passion will shine through in every drink you serve. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a love for connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you!
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, from expertly brewed coffee to creative cocktails.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and coffee station.
- Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Following all safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista, bartender, or in a similar position.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality beverages.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to work.
