Compensation:
Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000–$120,000 annually (inclusive of base salary, commission, and bonus)
Commission: Uncapped, earned on every invoice
Bonus Opportunities: Weekly sales incentives available

Company Overview:
iKrusher Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales team at our Hialeah, FL branch. This role is responsible for setting short- and long-term sales strategies, evaluating sales programs, and implementing product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and revenue potential.

The Sales Manager will report to our Florida’s Branch Manager and play a critical role in expanding our customer base, driving sales performance, and helping the branch achieve a monthly revenue target of $1 million USD. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of customer needs, full professional fluency in English, and the ability to drive team success.

Job Summary
This full-time, onsite position requires a hands-on leader who can drive revenue growth, build team cohesion, and maintain a high-performance culture. You will be directly responsible for coaching and mentoring sales representatives, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring sales execution aligns with company goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goals
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching
• Track and forecast sales metrics including KPIs, ROI, and pipeline health
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends
• Lead prospecting efforts through cold calling, emailing, and networking
• Manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Conduct team training, onboarding, and weekly performance reviews
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and inventory alignment using ERP systems
• Ensure timely invoice processing and payment follow-up
• Enforce pricing policies and standard operating procedures across the sales team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for operational support
• Assist in hiring, staffing plans, and departmental growth initiatives
• Participate in strategic planning meetings and support branch expansion goals

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• 2–3 years of sales management experience
• Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing sales teams
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the vape or cannabis industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must be punctual with reliable transportation
• Must be able to work onsite Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
