The team handles complex patent disputes across federal courts in the United States, as well as parallel post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.The practice represents both patent holders and alleged infringers, with clients ranging from early-stage companies to well-established organizations in technology and life sciences–driven industries. The group is known for combining technical depth with practical business judgment to support litigation strategy and execution.ResponsibilitiesSupport patent litigation matters in federal courts and administrative proceedingsDraft pleadings, motions, and discovery materialsParticipate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparationCollaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategyWork directly with clients and technical experts as appropriateQualifications1–6 years of patent litigation experienceStrong academic credentialsExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsBackground or experience in technology or life sciences is helpful but not requiredAdmission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the office applied to, or eligibility to waive in within 3–6 monthsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)Work ArrangementHybrid schedule: 3 days per week in-officeRelocation assistance availableBar exam sitting is not supportedLocationsMultiple major U.S. legal markets, including West Coast, East Coast, and Pacific Northwest offices.
