Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies
- Assist with Accounts Payable duties specific to construction: lien waivers, vendor and subcontractor invoices, check runs, etc.
- Coordinate vendor communication and paperwork compliance
- Support project managers with administrative tasks and document management
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a construction office preferred
- Solid understanding of construction Accounts Payable workflows (coding, lien waivers, invoices) preferred
- Friendly, polished communication skills—written and verbal - required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and construction software (Procore or similar) a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Self-starter with “office manager energy”—you notice what needs to be done and make it happen
Job Type: Part-time
