What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a hands-on Concrete Foreman with strong site-work, flatwork, layout, and field leadership experience.

Project Snapshot:
This role supports Sommet Blanc, a high-end residential project at Empire Pass in Deer Valley with three residential towers.

Role Summary:
You will lead daily concrete work, coordinate crews and subcontractors, verify layout and quality, and keep field work moving safely and correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise concrete flatwork, forming, placing, finishing, and exterior concrete work.
• Verify grading, layout, slopes, drainage, transitions, and ADA/accessibility conditions.
• Coordinate daily work with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and project leadership.
• Read plans and details to identify field issues before work proceeds.
• Track manpower, materials, progress, delays, and field issues while completing accurate daily reports.

Required Qualifications:

• At least three years of concrete flatwork, forming, placing, or finishing experience.
• At least five years as a superintendent, foreman, or field leader.
• Ability to read construction plans and coordinate layout and field conditions.
• Comfortable using a computer or iPad for daily reporting, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to communicate in English, and ability to reliably commute to 9300 Marsac Ave, Park City, UT 84060.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High-end residential, multifamily, hospitality, resort, or mountain-site construction experience.
• Experience with exterior concrete, decks, patios, walkways, ramps, or premium finish work.
• OSHA and jobsite safety awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
