Key Responsibilities
- Creating and executing a wide range of compelling content, such as blog articles, website content, social media posts, video scripts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials to engage our target audiences.
- Working closely with other team members - designers, strategists, and the client servicing team - to develop rich, customized content that strikes the right balance of creativity and effectiveness.
- Assisting in the shaping of our corporate voice and identity through your creative writing and thorough understanding of brand guidelines.
- Proofreading and editing content produced by colleagues, providing constructive feedback when necessary.
- Performing SEO and keyword research to help reach effectively our target audience; creating SEO-friendly content.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; a strong command of English – both written and verbal.
- At least 2-3 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within a digital agency environment.
- A strong creative flair, the ability to think critically and generate innovative ideas.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO principles, and keyword research.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress) is a plus.
