Conduct training sessions as needed and track participation. Regularly request feedback from trainees to ensure a high-quality experience Job training with STD work description, SOP and WI Safety training, STOP. FLRA and all others safety programs Resolving any conflict immediately and assuring that behavior is in line with IKO values. Ask for help if needed Ensuring proper documentation and complete reports (compliance, checklists, production reports, spreadsheets, metrics, incident investigations, etc.) OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE; Post-secondary degree/diploma, preferably in industrial technology or engineering, business administration, or management Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience within a fast-paced Manufacturing environment, 3 of which must be in a supervisory role Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with hands-on problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability in order to successfully manage a diverse group of employees Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation), analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proven track record of operational enhancement and improvements through employee engagement, demonstrated team building talent Flexible to work varying shift and days Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office Knowledge of KRONOS time and attendance system is an asset #LI-BS1 #LI-RA1 Benefits of Employment: IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
