- Implements project improvements to enhance manufacturing performance in speed, waste reduction, cost efficiency, and quality.
- Provides engineering oversight of facility infrastructure, including boilers, HVAC, compressed air systems, and power distribution.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates the design, construction, modification, and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and corporate environmental laws, regulations, and policies.
- Coordinates environmental programs such as hazardous materials and waste management, air quality, storm water, noise, lighting, and employee training; serves as liaison with governmental and corporate auditors.
- Troubleshoots equipment and process issues, recommending both short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
- Leads structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to resolve process inefficiencies.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets operational data to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborates closely with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to support raw materials control, product specifications, and production schedules.
- Identifies root causes of issues, drives corrective actions, and promotes a culture aligned with company values and operational excellence.
- Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering
- 3 of years of hands-on manufacturing experience
- Project / Capital management proficiency of 100k
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
