We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Liberty Roofing Center location in Elizabeth, NJ.

- Assist Branch/Operations Manager in cycle counts and inventory control
- Assisting with job site deliveries
- Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base
- Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects and passing pre-qualified leads to territory sales rep
- Process orders and paperwork
- Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide sales support for walk in customers
- Timely and effective communication
- Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion
- Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Any other responsibilities as assigned
- Experience in driving a Van
- Operation of Van and Seamless Gutter Equipment
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Positive, winning, can-do attitude is required
- General understanding of Sales and Customer Service
- Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of building/construction products is preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
- Reliable transportation to and from work
