- Supporting the Electrical Engineering department and assist with project deliverables.
- Providing electrical assistance including troubleshooting, project engineering and project management to all Plants
- Updating existing legacy technologies in different plants to current standards.
- Responsible for electrical project management including scheduling, financial, and management of contractors' work.
- Responsible for Labor-hour estimation, work planning, scheduling, coordination, and reporting.
- Updating schematic drawings in AutoCAD as required
- Programming automation and controls systems and improving existing PLC programs including servo drives and A/C drives
- Responsible for the design, test, commission, start up, recondition & work with current equipment configurations & to Engineer new technologies.
- 4-year Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology preferred
- 5 years as an Electrical Engineer
- Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel.
- 4 years using AutoCAD, MS Office Suite including Project
- 4 years with electrical safety code and its application in industrial wiring and power distribution
- 4 years working with PLC and HMI applications (including RSlinx, RSlogix5, 500, 5000, & Factory Talk View)
- 4 years with PLC & HMI systems design, programming, commissioning and start up including system hardware selection, I/O panels and subsystems layout and wiring.
