Responsibilities
- Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area at all times
- Clear used dishes, utensils, and glassware with care, adhering to proper manual handling and sanitation practices
- Set tables according to restaurant standards, including proper table setting and placement of utensils and condiments
- Support heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies or equipment safely, following safe lifting practices
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables between guests
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
- Assist with food industry sanitation standards by ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations
