Ikigai Wellness in Vienna, VA is looking for a Medical Assistant/Scribe to join our fast-growing holistic practice!

You’ll work directly with Dr. Viet Le, who specializes in chiropractic, acupuncture, dry needling, and functional medicine — helping patients finally find relief from chronic pain and long-standing conditions.
Position: Medical Assistant / Scribe
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
Pay: $18–$20/hr

What You’ll Do:
• Take detailed SOAP notes medical history
• Assist with holistic treatments and clinical devices (Emsella, Emsculpt, STEM, Cold Laser & more)
• Support patient flow and provide excellent care
• Perform blood draws
• Light cleaning opening/closing duties
• Answer phone calls general support
