What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer & Billing Specialist position at Ikehu Utility Solutions?
The Customer & Billing Specialist will be actively involved in providing resident support services and the production of billing products for Ikehu’s community partners. They will be responsible for the overall satisfaction and timeliness of communications with residents as well as accurate utility reports. They will work alongside the Operations team to provide coverage and exemplary service. Customer Service Representative:Answer inbound calls and emails from residents.Handle and resolve client/resident complaints in a professional manner.Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.Making outbound calls on delinquent accountsProvide reports to community partners on resident balances and interactions.Billing Specialist:Produce and distribute billing products for community partners.Follow established procedures for specialized products.Adhere to company standards of timeliness and accuracy.Collect, inspect and upload required documents for production of billing products.Assist operations team on providing exemplary service to residents and communities.Coordinate meter readings and request repairs with technicians with sufficient time to not adversely affect billing timelines.Company DescriptionIkehu Utility Solutions is the lead submetering and utility billing company in the state of Hawaii.
