What you'll be doing day to day
• Monitors and acts as Warehousing Management System (WMS) superuser for optimal operation performance, including resource planning.
• Communicates goal status updates and potential challenges to leadership with a sense of urgency.
• Completes data entry in WMS and supporting system tools.
• Systematically investigates performance and deviations of inventory, shipment status, and customer orders.
• Communicate and collaborate with operational support functions to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in all locations within the fulfilment unit.
• Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
