What You'll Do
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure all required steps are completed on time
- Process employee changes and updates in iSolved (HRIS/payroll)
- Support payroll processes including timekeeping follow-up and approved adjustments
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance trackers
- Support performance review cycles, employee engagement activities, and prevailing wage documentation as needed
- 1–3 years in HR coordination, recruiting support, payroll support, or office administration
- Experience supporting a trades, construction, or field-based workforce preferred
- iSolved experience preferred; strong ability to learn new systems required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- High attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and strong follow-through
- Valid driver's license for occasional local travel to recruiting events
