What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rework Technician position at IK Hofmann?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Inspect and Rework Cell Connectors to ensure they meet exact specifications and industry standards
Follow detailed work instructions and production protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy
Utilize precision measuring tools and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Identify, report, and help resolve any defects or quality issues
Deliver exceptional service and communication to team leads and other departments
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Sharp attention to detail — your inspections help ensure road safety!
Flexible availability, including willingness to work overtime when needed
Self-motivated and committed to delivering 100% quality in every part you inspect
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Frequently positioning of oneself to perform work tasks
Repetitive manipulation of objects, tools, or controls for multiple hours
Move up to 10 pounds repeatedly
SCHEDULE & PAY RATE
Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6pm (OT as needed)
$19.00 an hour
