Material Handler needed in Dalton, 1st shift, $18/hr GREAT BENEFITS

I.K. Hofmann USA has a need for Material Handlers in Dalton, Ga

Job Responsibilities:

• safely and efficiently support all aspects, distributing, handling and sorting of goods

• operate forklift to conduct handling of materials and goods

• inventory control to include dealing with both incoming and outgoing products

• adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

• communicate effectively with team members

Essential Job Functions:

• Must be able to move up to 50lbs.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for some parts of the day

• Must be able to position oneself to maintain and access equipment, as needed.

Work Environment:

• Must be able to wear protective gear such as steel-toed boots

• Are sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures. Workspaces may not be temperature-controlled.

• May have to get into awkward positions to reach cramped workspaces.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM, With overtime as needed

Payrate:

• $18/hr.
