WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Secure and Track Medical Records & Billing
- Initiate requests for records from providers promptly and follow up persistently until complete
- Maintain a clear tracking system so no request is left unanswered or incomplete
- Ensure Accuracy & Completeness
- Review all received records for accuracy, correct patient identifiers, and alignment with treatment timelines
- Identify missing pages, inconsistencies, or errors and resolve them quickly
- Organize & Upload for Easy Access
- Scan, index, and upload records into the case management system with precise labeling for instant retrieval
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and firm privacy policies
- Support Case Milestones
- Proactively communicate records status to legal team members
- Anticipate upcoming case deadlines and prioritize urgent requests
