HR Jr. Seasonal Recruiter
HIRING – Litchfield Park, AZ(Remote)
Join our growing team at iJility! We are seeking a motivated Seasonal Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting for our client’s distribution centers. This is a full-time, seasonal role where you’ll gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while working closely with the Recruitment Manager.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Recruitment Manager to support staffing needs across distribution center operations.
- Post and update job advertisements across multiple channels (job boards, job fairs, social media, AI sourcing tools).
- Help facilitate job fairs
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using Bullhorn ATS.
- Utilize automated scheduling tools (Calendly)
- Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Prepare job offers, complete background checks, and manage onboarding (including E-Verify).
- Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records.
- Provide timely updates for hiring managers and respond to job requisitions with urgency.
- Support additional HR/recruiting projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Communications preferred).
- 1 year of HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience (distribution or high-volume hiring a plus).
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Bullhorn preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused.
