Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in Delhi, OH. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students in choosing the appropriate education and skill development programs offered by IIM SKILLS. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling students via phone or in-person, responding to inquiries, providing detailed program information, maintaining enrollment records, and collaborating with the team to achieve enrollment goals. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure a seamless experience for students.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
- Ability to analyze student needs and align those with the right educational programs
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple inquiries and maintain detailed records
