A Japanese manufacturing company for semiconductor equipment and systems is seeking a Purchasing and logistics Coordinator.

Office location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid:4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Salary: $75,000~$80,000 plus bonus

Benefits: PTO, Group Health insurance, 401k


Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Manage vendor relationships

Parts Processing: Track and receive shipments

Packing and Logistics:Arrange shipments and manage inventory


Skills Required:

-Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Inside Sales or Logistics coordinator

-High level of organizational skills and Customer Service skills

-Experience for QuickBooks preferred

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
