AT&T Account Associate

III Telecom Solutions is seeking an AT&T Account Associate in Temecula to drive engagement by presenting AT&T’s latest smartphones and mobile solutions. As part of our sales and development team, the AT&T Account Associate will connect with our customers in-person to showcase how AT&T’s mobile solutions can elevate their lifestyle.

As an AT&T Account Associate, you are the calm presence that turns a skeptical lead into a confident AT&T customer. In this AT&T Account Associate role, you will meet with our customers in-person, introduce them to mobile solutions ranging from budget-friendly starter devices to flagship smartphones.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Account Associate

• Represent AT&T by personally introducing customers to wireless plans, smartphones, and mobile solutions designed for modern connectivity needs.
• Assess customer usage habits in-person and recommend AT&T wireless services that provide flexibility, convenience, and long-term value.
• Support customer acquisition and sales efforts by creating awareness about AT&T mobile offerings and available promotional opportunities.
• Guide customers through smartphone and wireless plan selections using a consultative, customer-focused sales approach.
• Build trust through meaningful sales interactions that emphasize personalized recommendations and service satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on AT&T device launches, planned enhancements, and wireless promotions to provide accurate information.

Qualifications of the AT&T Account Associate

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Clear sales communication skills to explain AT&T’s plans in everyday scenarios.
• Commitment to achieving AT&T wireless sales benchmarks in person.
• Strong organizational skills for managing contracts, compliance, and sales records.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
