Responsibilities
- Operate floor scrubbing machines and equipment to clean hard surface floors in commercial facilities
- Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing
- Follow scheduled cleaning routes and complete assignments efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain and inspect cleaning equipment, reporting any issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and solutions
- Ensure all work areas are left clean, dry, and hazard-free upon completion
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding job site needs and progress
- Previous experience operating commercial floor scrubbers or floor care equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites in the Pearl, MS area
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Positive attitude, dependability, and a strong work ethic
