Key Responsibilities
- Manage restoration construction projects from initial scope through final completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
- Review estimates and collaborate with estimators on supplements and change orders
- Monitor budgets and maintain expected gross margins
- Communicate proactively with clients, setting clear expectations throughout the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain professional jobsite conditions, including quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Oversee punch list completion and project closeout documentation
- 5 years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and permitting processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Client-focused mindset with sound judgment under pressure
- Contract negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
