Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Construction Field/Office Engineer with 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction to join our operations team. The ideal candidate thrives on solving challenges, enjoys working as part of a team, and brings strong technical skills to the table.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Utilize various software packages to process submittals and requests for information.
- Utilize Bluebeam software to markup drawings and perform quantity takeoffs.
- Understands how to compare drawing and specification requirements to products and drawings submitted by our trade partners so that these items can be submitted for design team and Owner approvals.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and trade partners to solve project challenges.
- Preference to candidates who can utilize AutoCAD and Revit to interpret and review design documents.
- Participates in weekly project team meetings and is accountable for solving challenges assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction (required).
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Location: This position will be based in Colorado Springs and may include working on the Front Range from Denver to Pueblo.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
