iHydrate Med Spa is a rapidly growing wellness and aesthetics clinic in Mount Prospect focused on natural, balanced results and whole-body optimization. We specialize in aesthetic injectables, laser treatments, PRP/biostimulators, medical weight loss, hormone therapy, IV therapy, and functional wellness services.

Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, friendly, and motivated Nurse Injector to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, critical thinking skills, an artistic eye, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow with a expanding med spa and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Administer cosmetic injectables including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Perform additional treatments such as PRP, biostimulators, microneedling, and IV therapy
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and clinical protocols
- Participate in marketing initiatives including before/after photos and social media content. IG and Tik Tok requirement.
- Contribute to practice growth through excellent patient retention and referrals
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN
- Polish, Spanish, and Ukrainian preferred
- Will train on the job but prior experience preferred
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused
- Sales confidence and ability to recommend full treatment plans
- Strong ethics
