We're Looking For a D2D ROCKSTAR Who Can Sell, Build, and Train

We are not looking for entry-level knockers.

We have the territory and the lit addresses. We need YOU to help us build and train the team.

What You Will Do:

Sell door-to-door and lead from the front

Train, coach, and build a team of D2D closers

Run daily huddles, shadow knocks, and roleplay

Set the standard for activity and closes

Fast-track to senior sales director

What You Need:

Experience is a MUST

Proven track record in D2D or outside sales

Background in Pest Control, Home Security / Alarms, Solar, Fiber / Telecom, Roofing, or other D2D is perfect

You know how to knock 40-60 doors, get contacts, and close

Leadership experience preferred - you have trained or led a team before

Reliable transportation, smartphone, and a hunter mentality

Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays - that's when we close

This is NOT for you if: You have never done D2D, you need someone to push you to knock, or you can't handle hearing no.
