What You'll Do:
- As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in crafting beautiful, durable interior doors that enhance homes and businesses.
- You'll operate a variety of machines, use hand tools, and collaborate with your team to ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating production equipment, feeding materials into machines, inspecting finished products, and packaging doors for shipment.
- You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Any Other Duties As Assigned.
What You'll Need:
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- A commitment to safety and quality
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- The physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly
- Experience using hand tools and a tape measure is a plus!

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (occasional overtime shift 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
- 40-50 hours per week
