Key Responsibilities
- Advise guests on IHOP menu entrees and current promotions with a warm, enthusiastic approach
- Take accurate orders at the table and serve food and beverages promptly
- Greet guests and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated
- Clean and prepare tables and dining areas to maintain a pleasant atmosphere
- Respond quickly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
- Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, motivated team
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of sections, tableware, and work areas
Qualifications
- Previous experience in full-service restaurants preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, and nights
- High school diploma or equivalent
