Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a timely manner.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.
- Enter orders into the POS system and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and correctly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipating needs and addressing any concerns proactively.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and maintain a clean dining area.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
